Had these before just grown needed new ones
I am a size 3.5 and was worried I wouldn't find feet guards for me, I ordered the smallest size of these and they a comfortable and snug fit. I've practiced with them a few times already, and really enjoyed having them on. Light, but protect well.
These are really good for sparring helps with speed Could do with a size guide as I don't know if they are to small or not. But overall they are a good purchase if you do taekwondo sparring.
