Tracking your order is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to check your order status or track your delivery in real-time.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Sign In: Log in to your account via the My Account section.

  2. View Order Status: Navigate to "View Order Status and Track Deliveries".

  3. Get Your Tracking Number: Once your order is dispatched, your tracking number will be updated in your account, and a shipping confirmation will be sent directly to your email.

Once you have received your tracking number, you can monitor your shipment directly on our couriers’ websites or apps:

Royal Mail (UK & Standard Parcels)

DPD (Express, Heavy & International Orders)

  • Track Online: https://track.dpd.co.uk/

  • DPD Mobile App: Download the DPD App on iOS or Android for live driver tracking, pin-point delivery maps, and flexible delivery options (e.g., leave with a neighbour or safe place).
