    maybe too light!...It should need more weight to use properly, but still very good for training

    Good piece of kit how ever take it easy if ur going to hit heavy bag or bo staff as the plastic the foam is on shatters.

    Great products, chuks with chains. much easier to swing round than the cord chuks. Would recommend for any beginner as is my 8 yr old.
