Much larger and heavier than a traditional bokken, the weight of the Suburito is designed for strengthening and conditioning the arms and muscle groups used in sword swinging practice. The Suburito is also used to develop speed, as other weights do in resistance training. The red oak finish continues to be the material of choice for traditional practitioners. Easy to wipe clean before and after use. Total length is 116cm. 925g.
