Great for my alternative wrist training and blade angle etc.
It's a nice bit of kit, lighter than my last bokken although still heavier than a katana, so still good for developing muscle and muscle memory. The fact that it is slightly lighter meant I could practice 3 strike tameshigiri cuts without too much strain on my wrist, knees and ankles. The cord wrapped grip and chrome end cap are nice touches . It's a good size for a beginner wishing to develop muscle and muscle memory and also for experienced users wishing to improve on speed and strike count. Overall I am very happy with it and consider it well worth the money.
