Very good price and quality. Would recommend. Balanced well and due to being oak a good weight.
Fast and lightweight. Used to have a standard hardwood Bo which was a great weapon for strikes but far to heavy. This is ideal for practice and forms. Like the colour a lot.
Very light in weight and nice colour. Able to make the right sounds when using it.
Mine had some sharp edges in the middle due to the wood grain, so not completely smooth. Maybe this is due to ash wood or machining. Easily rectified. Anyway, used it with no issues. Much better than the std tapered of hard wood which is about 3 times heavier. Wouldn't use it as a strike weapon, only with forms/hyung.
I wanted a wooden Bo, something more traditional, and was not disappinted with this one, nice piece of wood, not too heavy, and good price.
