    Very good piece of kit. Filled the base with water and it seems to perform very well. Easy to clean and move around for storage too. Quality materials

    I have just purchased this bag. Filled it with 275lb . Moved a bit. topped up to 300 lb. Thn just put a few non slip mats underneath. done mma for a few year now. and cant really shift it. great buy.
