With attention to detail, we have handcrafted a suite of jewellery that carefully replicates the 'Sai' Trident
Each individual Sai measures 45mm long x 19mm wide and the double design measures 55mm wide x 30mm
Including the double Sai design the length of the necklace from clasp to end ring measures 18inches.
We are happy to increase or reduce the length of the chain if required.
The double 'Sai" is suspended by a good quality sterling silver chain with a 'Fighting Spirit' brand tag attached.
As a numbered piece the necklace is supplied in a presentation box and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
Sai' - a long or short handled trident used as a weapon for striking and bludgeoning, it's use was perfected in 1668 by 'Moto Chei' an Okinawan prince.
The unique shape of the Sai with the two prongued hilt, has the advantage during combat as it can trap the opponents weapon in these prongs and disarm them. Even weapons as large as a sword can be disarmed.
