So I am a little over 6ft6 at a lean 115 kilos and bought the 195cm slim fit gi which has proven to be amazing. I bought this and couldn't be happier.
If you wash the gi at 90 degrees you will have it shrink perhaps 2cm as it's preshrunk and you'll notice a little bit more in the trousers. However as this gi is also IJF approved you can obviously wear it for any competition and you are good to go. The gi fits me perfectly and all the proportions are within the strictest competition regulations.
The feel of the gi is great, some people talk about it being stiffer than say a Mizuna but it's not an issue at all. It's 750gsm which means it's tough, good for contests but not so mad that you are going to destroy your fellow judoka's hands during randori (900gsm gi's are evil and like gripping sandpaper). This gi is also used by Olympic judo teams members in countries like France and Russia so you know it's good stuff. The slim fit will also benefit you over a regular, "one size fits all" gi if you wanted to try your hand at BJJ who wear overly tight/short gis.
What else can I say, it's a great investment and will last you a good number of years against the roughest competition. Quality wise I can't say this is inferior in any way and is used by some of the most successful judokas in history. e.g. Teddy Riner, Ilias Iliadis, Mark Huizinga just to name a few
