Suitable for indoor and outdoor training, the Freestanding Nemesis bag provides a great workout, incorporating full 360° accessibility for cardio and agility training. Designed to improve coordination and reflexes whilst burning the calories, the portable bag stands at 1.8m (6ft) tall. The main central chamber consists of high-density aerated foam encased within a tough webbed vinyl cover. The base, when filled with dry sand or water, creates a ballast of 30kg and will withstand the hardest of strikes, with minimal movement. Complete with body, inner tube, base and fixings.

    Thank you guys for the excellent service during this difficult time. These guys really went above and beyond which is what customer service is all about. My bag arrived today and was really easy for a 5”2 to assemble. Had a good blast and so far it’s excellent. Solid structure when hitting base sturdy with minimal movement.
