Ideal for stretching the legs
I bought this as I am, and always have been, very tight in the hips. Really nice quality.
Good product and sturdy enough for the cost. This has actually helped me and because the hand hold bar in the middle can be adjusted, it is even more effective. Can just sit there now and watch TV!
I have used this for a week or so now, and it has performed as expected. I was pleased to see that it is possible to adjust the length of the middle bar so that you can shorten it as your range of movement increases. It is certainly good value for money. The only reason I haven't given it five stars is that the design means you have to make sure you are applying even pressure to both legs. A better designed bracket at the top would avoid that, but still a good product for the money.
Arrived about 1 - 2 weeks ago and already it is making an impact on my flexibility.
Put off buying a leg stretcher for ages due to price of the more expensive ones until I saw this.
Works great for what it is and well worth the money.
