Excellent good solid heavy bag for good hard kicks.
Received this today and it’s brilliant. I’ve been looking for a decent bag just above half my weight for power workouts and this is perfect. Great quality when it arrived and comes with chains and a swivel. It’s rock hard and barely moves so not really for the beginner but it gives feedback on how efficient and powerful your techniques are.
