Light and safe our dipped foam head guards are easy to put on and remove, one of the most versatile head guards around. Can be used for any martial art including karate or semi contact training and competitions. The head guard has air holes throughout to reduce sweat and a Velcro fastening chin strap. Made from soft EVA foam, dipped in a PVC resin, and vacuum moulded to finish.
To determine the correct size head guard, measure the distance around the whole of the head at the widest point (just above the ears) as depicted in the diagram.

I bought this head guard for my 16 year old daughter, she says she has liked this particular one for some time as people in her karate group have the same one.
It arrived in good time, I ordered medium although I couldn't find a sizing g guide so hoped it was ok and it was.
My daughter wore is as soon as it was unwrapped as we were on our way to class as it arrived. I was told it was very comfy and I would shop on this site in the future .
This helmet is no frills but provides adequate protection for low level Taekwondo sparring, along with the appropriate mouthguard.

Excellent product. When measuring they are true to size fitting. I ordered small but had to reorder a medium as the small was very snug.
