Light and safe our dipped foam head guards are easy to put on and remove, one of the most versatile head guards around. Can be used for any martial art including karate or semi contact training and competitions. The head guard has air holes throughout to reduce sweat and a Velcro fastening chin strap. Made from soft EVA foam, dipped in a PVC resin, and vacuum moulded to finish.
To determine the correct size head guard, measure the distance around the whole of the head at the widest point (just above the ears) as depicted in the diagram.

Good product, delivered promptly (and exchanged without fuss because I needed to change size). I took head measurements and followed the size chart, but it was too tight and I needed to go up a size.
